Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (600g), skin on and pin bones removedSteps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Add the salmon to the tray skin side down.
2. Mix the Za’atar, 2 tbsps of olive oil and seasoning together in bowl. Place half the mix on top of each salmon fillet. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
3. Whilst the salmon cooks, mix the tahini, lemon juice, 50ml water, garlic and salt together and spoon over the serving plate.
4. Place the cooked salmon fillets on top of the tahini. Garnish with coriander and pomegranate seeds and serve immediately
