1. In a bowl, place the yoghurt and salt and mix together. Add the mango chutney, turmeric, curry powder and plenty of seasoning. Mix together.
2. Add the flaked almonds, spring onions and sauce to the shredded chicken and mix it all together.
3. Serve warm, room temp or cold with pickled red onions, coriander and more toasted almonds.
