Berry Friand Pudding

Ingredients

95g icing sugar 75g plain flour
150g almond flour
3 eggs, whisked
180g salty butter, melted
150g frozen berries
30g tbsp flaked almonds

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Combine the sugar, flour and almond meal in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add egg and butter. Add berries and stir until well combined.

3. Place the mixture into a lined brownie tray. Sprinkle with the flaked almonds.

4. Bake for 25 minutes or until light golden. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
