Mackerel Pate Toasts

Ingredients

400g smoked mackerel fillets
100g Greek yoghurt
2 heaped tsps horseradish
Juice of 2 lemons
Toasted sourdough, pickled onions and thyme sprigs to serve

Steps

1. Place the mackerel, yoghurt, horseradish, lemon juice and seasoning in a food processor. Blitz till preferred texture and season to taste.

2. Serve with the sourdough, pickled onions and thyme. Soft boiled egg delicious too!
