Fulham & Battersea in London’s Top 10 BtL Areas

Zoopla has released its list of most searched rental hotspots in London, with SW6 and SW11 making the top 10.

We already know that living in South West London is something special and now the results of new research has confirmed everyone else thinks SW London is desirable too.

Property portal Zoopla anaylsed the volume of rental searches conducted on its site over a 12 month period to compile a ‘top 10’ league table of London rental hotspots. Battersea crept in to the list in 10^th spot, with the portal saying its status as a Build to Rent hub made it a popular choice, although Aspire thinks its waterside location and ongoing regeneration around the Power Station are stronger, more appealing facets.

Fulham featured even higher up, taking 7^th spot in the search list. This established area, including Parsons Green, has always proved a perennial favourite among renters thanks to its shops along Fulham Road and New Kings Road, leafy Eel Brook Common, and rows of family-friendly Victorian and Edwardian properties.

Battersea also made an appearance in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Live 2019 survey, coming 2^nd in the top 10 places to live in London section.

While it’s great to bask in SW London’s glowing endorsement, it’s potential landlords who can take the most away from this analysis.
